Rice Crispy Treats

  • 6 Cups Brown Rice Crispies
  • 10 oz Mini Marshmallows
  • 5 oz Postre Sea Salt Caramel Sauce
  • 1 oz Butter
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract

Technique:  Over a double boiler, combine mini marshmallows with butter until melted. Add caramel sauce and vanilla and mix to combine.  Pull bowl off double boiler and fold in brown rice crispies, working quickly.  Pour into 9" x 13" pan and set aside to cool.  Unmold on piece of parchment and cut into desired shapes with cookie cutters or knife.  Decorate as desired for any seasonal treat - or just eat them right out of the pan!!  They are delicious!!
